PARAGON-eduTech is a research and innovation organisation dedicated to advancing inclusive, ethical, and future-oriented education through technology-enhanced learning. Founded in 2022, the organisation designs and implements European and international initiatives that integrate digital innovation, artificial intelligence, robotics, immersive technologies, and evidence-based pedagogies to support educators, learners, and institutions. Building on a long tradition of educational innovation, the team has been actively involved in pioneering STEM and robotics initiatives such as Aristarchus, RoboAquaria, and RoboPisces, which laid the foundations for the emerging RoboStellars ecosystem of projects.

In parallel, PARAGON-eduTech contributes to the global educational research community through the organisation of the International Conference on ICT in Education (ICICTE), an established international forum that brings together researchers, educators, and policymakers to explore the transformative role of digital technologies in education. Through research, capacity building, and large-scale collaborative projects, PARAGON-eduTech promotes democratic participation, accessibility, and sustainable educational transformation, contributing to the development of resilient learning ecosystems across Europe and beyond.

.The following key staff members will be directly involved in the project:

  • Anastasia Pyrini is the Director of Research and Development at PARAGON-eduTech and brings over three decades of experience in international education, research, and innovation projects. Her work focuses on technology-enhanced learning, inclusive digital education, and the integration of robotics and STEM in schools, combining insights from primary education and cognitive science. She has initiated and contributed to several Erasmus+ initiatives, including Aristarchus, RoboAquaria, RoboPisces, and Coding4Kids, helping to shape innovative approaches to robotics, coding, and space-related STEM education in Europe.
  • Despina Sarrigeorgiou is a Research Assistant at PARAGON-eduTech and a student of Pedagogy at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She contributes to Erasmus+ initiatives focusing on digital literacy, coding, and inclusive STEM education, supporting research activities and the development of innovative learning resources. With a strong background in dance and distinctions from the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD), she brings a valuable kinaesthetic and creative perspective to educational activities that integrate movement, collaboration, and experiential learning.
